This is somewhere you can come and be yourself. No fancy rules, no pressure to have it all sorted – just a warm, quiet place where you won’t be judged.

We know how much women carry, day in and day out. Often we put everyone else first, and our own feelings get pushed to the side. This space is for you.

You can talk as much or as little as you like. You can sit and listen, or just have a cup of tea and be around people who get it. Whatever’s on your mind – big or small – you don’t have to go through it alone.

Everything said here stays here. We’re all just regular women looking out for each other.
