DROP IN SESSIONS

All our drop in sessions do not not require booking. Fully inclusive to all including children as long as supervised by a adult.
£1 Per person for unlimited refreshments including tea, coffee, juice, cake & biscuits.
Activities are available for the children to take part if they wish, with a outside area weather dependent.
We wills sometimes run competitions to make it even more fun for the kids, like our easter creative competition that was done easter 2024.
For any one wishing to attend but doesn't want to walk in alone get in touch we can meet you outside.
What can you expect -
Safe place with no pressure. We don't do group chats as we understand this can be intimidating.
A place to chat to others or our volunteers.
Private areas are available if you need support or advice. All conversations with ourselves are fully confidential .
Evening sessions Spectrum also attend to offer advice and support who are also based in Market Harborough and can be found on Facebook www.facebook.com/groups/spectrumautismgroup.

We are hoping to expand on our drop in sessions to the Lutterworth area so please watch this space
Spectrum attend all our evening sessions.
They also hold their own meet ups for over 18s only please see dates.
Spectrum is a support group for parents and carers of children and adults with Autism or on the Autism diagnosis pathway. We cover Market Harborough and the local area. We meet regularly in Market Harborough and organise a wide range of activities and events throughout the year.
Next course dates available are the 1st of Septmber at Menphys Hub South wigston.

Local Support Services
VASL is a local charity based in Market Harborough, providing services and projects to improve the lives of people in our community. These include support for family carers, older people who are lonely and isolated, providing volunteer transport to get people out and about, and activities and information to increase mental well-being. We are a volunteer-involving organisation and most of our work is delivered by trained volunteers.
