HAB work closely with Spectrum. 

Below is the dates our our drop ins, this is for over 18s only, there is no need to book and you can drop in any time between times stated.

We both can offer advice and support. All our volunteers are parents and carers like yourselves some who whom have needed the support themselves. 

These are informal drop ins where parents and corers can sit and talk and help each other. If you would like to attending but feel nervous to walk in please get in touch we can meet you outside.
